About GGWC: For the 4th time GGWC played in New York City during the UN General Assembly Week. And this year GGWC are thrilled to present a legendary lineup from artists, royals, disruptors, change makers and innovators including Saudi Arabia Ambassador to USA, Reema, with referees, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau, UNDP Goodwill Ambassador and Game of Thrones Emmy-nominated actor.  The GGWCUp held 48 storeys up into the New York skyline at the SAP building Hudson Yards. And running alongside the tournament was a spectacular line-up of high-level speakers including CEO of Women Deliver, Katja Iversen, CEO of Burning Man, Marian Goodell, founder of Female Quotient, Shelley Zalis, and many others. Competing teams came from New York, Greece, Czech Republic, Saudi Arabia, India and Morocco will play to be the best team for the world and lift the one-of-a-kind trophy designed by artist Olafur Eliasson.

Aminka was the Keynote Speaker for the Business Professional Women (BPW) Ontario Annual General Meeting, Conference Empowerment Gala, "Recognizing Inustry Leaders in STEM & Celebrating Community Advocates. Her keysnote, sponsored by Scotiabank focused the principals of empowerment for increasing more women and girls in STEM fields with focus on coding.

About BPW: The Business and Professional Women Ontario (BPW Ontario) is a non-sectarian, non-profit, non-partisan feminist organization which promotes the interests of working women. It operates within the Canadian Federation of Business and Professional Women (BPW Canada) towards the improvement of the status of women in all phases of society, especially in business, the professions and industry. 
BPW Ontario an association of “BPW” clubs across Ontario. Members have a wide range of work and educational experience. We are part of a national and international association of business and professional women dedicated to improving the lives of women everywhere.

Aminka was invited by three local teachers in St. James & Trelawny Jamaica to speak to their girl students about confidence, empowerment and leadership. After touring 5 schools and speaking to over 500 girls, she committed to supporting the visited schools with textbooks, school fees and school supplies through her organization The ForUsGirls Foundation. In 2019, The ForUsGirls Foundation partnered with UPS & FedEx to ship its donated items to Jamaica for a reduced fee. Additional support is required to cover shipping cost &  custom fees & charges.
